There’s something incredibly special about a wedding filled with pure smiles and genuine moments, and Rose and Ben’s celebration at Heather Hills was just that—a day where every detail radiated joy and fun.
From the start, it was clear that Rose and Ben’s connection is something to celebrate. We first got to know them during an engagement shoot by a serene lake, where the natural beauty of the setting perfectly mirrored their vibrant personalities. That initial shoot set the tone for what was to come—a wedding filled with heartfelt interactions and lots of laughter.
The venue itself, Heather Hills, was bathed in stunning colors that blended effortlessly with the beautifully arranged florals. As the first wedding hosted at the venue, there was an added layer of excitement and significance in every moment. Every detail—from the decor to the natural surroundings—was carefully chosen to reflect the couple's unique style and vision.
The celebration was as dynamic as it was beautiful. A lively dance floor kept the energy high, inviting everyone to let loose and share in the joy of the day. As the evening progressed, the sunset provided a magical backdrop for a series of unforgettable photos in front of the venue, capturing the essence of this once-in-a-lifetime celebration.

I wanted it to be carefree! I knew just the perfect couple to ask to model and thankfully, they were down for it. Kelsey and Jacob drove down from Nashville and stayed with me and Ben for the weekend. We woke up early one Saturday and drove to the lake to meet the other photographers.
We were met with a calm lake, perfectly blue skies, and views of the mountains everywhere you looked. The wind was blowing, batteries were charged, it was all around a perfect day!
We all hopped in a boat and set up on a little beach. For the next two hours or so we played around setting up details, playing with props, and getting Jacob and Kelsey to just have fun!
Kelsey and Jacob are always a joy to be around as were the photographer who attended! I am so grateful to everyone who attended and to Kelsey and Jacob for driving all the way here. I cannot wait to host more!
